The initial impression was promising, but some aspects need attention. My room smelled faintly of stale smoke, despite my request for a non-smoking room. The outdated bathroom featured a tub enclosed by a fabric curtain, not ideal. reserving a taxi for an early morning airport trip proved impossible. The staff didn't offer much assistance with luggage transport either.

the staff was courteous. the japanese garden is beautiful. i enjoyed the breakfast, with many options.
the hotel is big, so the distances were long. the pool had an extra cost to use. i felt it should be included.

I found the location very convenient. The public transportation was close. The staff were friendly, and they were so helpful! I appreciated the excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
My room looked quite dated, and it could use some updates. The wallpaper showed peeling, and the fixtures looked old.

the hotel seemed dated! the bathroom really needed updating. my child could not go to the indoor pool. i chose this hotel because of the pool, and i was disappointed. there was no comfortable lobby to sit and have a drink.
